The Project Management Office (PMO) within the Corporate Projects and Strategic Operations (CPSO) division (44 team members) is a close-knit and collaborative team of 10 professionals who care deeply about making a positive impact. **The Role**
As the Team Lead, Business Analysts, you'll lead projects and support a dedicated team of business analysts (6), ensuring they have the tools and processes needed to thrive. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the technical Project Manager and broader leadership team. Your work will make a difference in how we serve our clients, many of whom are in vulnerable situations. **Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Master’s degree in a computer science-related field such as business analysis, human-computer interface, data science, software engineering, systems, or theory, and two (2) years of **related experience**; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field such as business analysis, human-computer interface, data science, software engineering, systems, or theory, and three (3) years of **related experience**; OR
- Diploma in a computer science-related field such as business analysis, human-computer interface, data science, software engineering, systems, or theory, and four (4) years **related experience**; OR
- Certificate or coursework degree in a computer science-related field such as business analysis, human-computer interface, data science, software engineering, systems, or theory, and 5 years **related experience**; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- **Related experience** includes the following:
- Experience providing business analysis on high-risk projects, including management of financial and human resources.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, maintenance and problem resolution of hardware, software, operating systems, and network components.
- With experience supervising or leading staff.
- Who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Métis or Inuit).
