**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Analyze and track requests from Intact employees
- Troubleshoot corporate card issues
- Rigorous follow-up of non-compliance items in a timely manner according to the process in place.
- Respond to various requests from our internal customers.
- Ensure that Intact policies are followed according to established rules
- Perform certain office tasks
- Participate in improving our processes and updating our procedures
- Under the supervision of the corporate card manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams and demonstrate your skills in carrying out different activities.

**What skills you will use**:

- In the process of obtaining a diploma of college or professional studies
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Motivated and willing to learn and find creative solutions.
- Sense of organization and the ability to multitask while prioritizing them properly.
- Bilingual: must communicate easily in English (requirement)
- Communication skills
