Weekend 30-40 hours

Liberte Cafe & Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Helper to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, has at least 2 year of commercial kitchen experience, and is willing to learn and grow with our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation as directed by the kitchen manager.
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with cooking tasks as needed and directed by the kitchen manager.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of commercial kitchen experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting.

We offer competitive compensation starting at $17-19/hour plus tips, at least 30 hours per week, and extended care benefits are available. Our kitchen manager will provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
