**Position Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Manager and play a key role in supporting the execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and a knack for using data to drive decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital marketing initiatives align with brand objectives and contribute to measurable growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Coordination**: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and publish engaging and on-brand content across digital channels.
- **SEO & Website Maintenance**: Assist in optimizing website content for SEO, track website analytics, and ensure the site remains up-to-date and user-friendly.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track and report on KPIs, such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep our strategies competitive and innovative.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and experience managing PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript is a nice-to-have for web-related tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
