Preference is for work to be 100% onsite in Regina, SK. However, the client would be willing to negotiate a combination of on-site and remote work arrangement.

**Mandatory Requirements Include**:

- Minimum 5 years of recent and practical server administration experience which incorporate cloud services.
- Minimum of 5 years’ development experience using ESRI ArcGIS online
- Minimum of 5 years’ development experience using ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise
- Minimum of 5 years’ development experience using C#.NET
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience integrating with Web API’s (JSON and XML)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing modern Web API’s
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience using git
- Minimum of 5 years’ database scripting experience using SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Must be able to work and be located full time on-site at Client Head Office in Regina, SK (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST)

**Technical Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, artifacts)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience load testing and performance tuning
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Windows Server 2016 or higher
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Active Directory Integrations
- Have a recognized bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
