- Communicate repair needs and costs to customers in a clear and timely manner.
- Collaborate with body shop technicians to ensure work is completed as per the estimate.
- Stay up-to-date on all dealership training programs and industry standards.
**We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables**:
- Automotive technical experience, especially related to body repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Truro, NS B2N 1E7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Automotive repair: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
