Join our growing OpenText Cloud Production Support Team as a Cloud Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting OpenText Content Suite solutions deployed within the OpenText Cloud. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled individual who thrives in providing exceptional customer support within a dynamic environment.**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver a high level of customer focus and empathy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services, to resolve technical issues.
- Work under general guidance, with periodic reviews of results and seeking approvals on matters outside the role as needed.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Experience with Cloud technologies.
- A university/college degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a technical support role.
- Experience with OpenText Exstream Suite / Teamsite Suite is an asset.
- Experience delivering service within an ITIL-based service delivery model.
- Windows, UNIX, and Application administration skills in a TCP/IP networked environment.
- Experience working with relational DBMS (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL/Postgres, Oracle, MySQL).
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
