**Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on financial matters.
- Provide clients with long-term financial solutions.
- Advise clients on the best financial products for their needs.
- Evaluate risks and analyze financial trends to provide recommendations about coverage.
- Work with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure that their coverage is adequate to meet their needs.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior insurance brokers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,462.00-$40,886.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parksville, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- General Insurance License (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Parksville, BC
