Pool Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our team of technicians in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing pool liner installations, pool winter cover installations, pool openings and closings, and equipment services. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and optimize operational efficiency. This hands-on role requires strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and crews of technicians. This is a newly created role

**Reporting to**: Burlington head office, hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays in season

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Support:

- Manage and prioritize pool service-related calls, providing prompt resolutions, and assisting with sales and service bookings.
- Offer over-the-phone technical support to service department offices, effectively troubleshooting client issues.
- Provide comprehensive training programs for direct reports, enabling them to execute service tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement standardized processes to streamline service operations and enhance productivity.

2. Equipment and Logistics:

- Collaborate closely with the Mainway Service section to facilitate the smooth transfer and staging of service products for each technician's assignments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet service demands effectively.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in the pool industry is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control throughout the entire customer process.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and crews of technicians.
