In November 2022, Latecoere completed the acquisition of Canadian-domiciled Avcorp Industries, becoming Latecoere’s Aerostructures Canadian unit.

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process and reconcile daily cash transactions, including but not limited to wire transfers, ACH transactions, and electronic payments.
- Verify and confirm the accuracy of transaction details, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts by providing timely and accurate data.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity needs to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems and procedures.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions and related matters.
- Compiling cash flow payables and accrual monthly report; ensuring proper authorization on all invoices/receiving reports; providing updates to the Purchasing Department on price changes;
- Reconciling monthly supplier statements; year end and external audit preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in treasury operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, banking procedures, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
