Opportunity Overview:
AGT Products Inc is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor with Electrician 442 license based in Mississauga, Ontario who will be reporting to the Plant Manager. We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a 8+ years of relative experience and a passion for excellence to join our team. This position will pay a very competitive rate in which Allen Bradley PLC knowledge of basic programming and excellent troubleshooting skills are highly desired.

About the Company:
**This is a Dayshift Position Mon-Fri with the flexibility for occasional shift work, weekend and on call.**
- Response to daily equipment break downs, Install/upgrade equipment and act on any building related challenges on daily basis
- Conduct daily routine checks on equipment to detect damages, or needs for repairs on equipment and schedule or assign work in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for scheduling the PM of machines i.e. conveyors, palletizer, wrapper, sub floor line, foam lines and CNC router.
- MUST be proficient in troubleshooting any electrical issues like motor, sensor, circuit, VFD and PLC with mínimal supervision.
- capable of dealing with the outside contractors, service providers and PM service providers on daily basis.
- Must be knowledgeable about maintaining the parts inventory healthy and ordering parts.
- Be proficient in using the internet and Microsoft tools effectively.
- Be able to create /attend the daily and weekly downtime meetings with the production team and the plant supervisor.
- Take safety very seriously and maintain the company safety record flawless.
- Comply with all company rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
- Participate in the development of team members through training and collaboration.

**Job Requirement & Qualifications**:

- 8+ years maintenance experience is required (plant, warehouse, manufacturing environment) in which 3 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to read manuals, blueprint and identify parts.
- Proficient in trouble shooting, repairs, installation of equipment and an expert level of PLC skills.
- A thorough hands on troubleshooting knowledge of PLC RS Logix5, 500 and 5000 is highly desired.
- Excellent understanding of AUTOMATION is required.
- Trade license 442 with Allen Bradley PLC knowledge is a MUST.
- A 433 Millwright license, G2 gas fitter or any other license would be an asset.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical is required. (bearings, rollers, conveyors, wrapper, pneumatics and hydraulic system along with Gear motors, sensors, drives, VFD etc.).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending, lifting and moving objects with no physical limitations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learner and knowledge on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a Medium-paced team environment and with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain high efficiencies of the lines as the quarterly bonus directly based upon the efficiency.
- Since company pay quarterly bonus, a sense of urgency is highly desired in this role.

Job type: Full time / Permanent

**Salary**: $45.00-$50.00 per hour and a quarterly attractive bonus on efficiency.
