Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Experienced Security Guard to join our team as a Casual Relief Part Time guard.. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. If you have a strong attention to detail, CCTV, Access control and visitor management experience and are used to working in a fast paced environment we encourage you to apply. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A VEHICLE WILL BE CONSIDERED

**Responsibilities**:
Working from the front reception desk you will
- Control employee, contractor and visitor access into the building to ensure everyone has signed in properly and that no unauthorized persons enter the facility.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems

Monitor Visitor Management system.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write detailed incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills:

- Loss prevention experience
- Surveillance experience
- CCTV, Access control software and Visitor Management system experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
