Superb Group Inc. is growing We are a team-oriented professional snow removal/landscaping company located in Guelph serving Commercial, Industrial and Multi-residential properties in Guelph, Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge.

We offer a positive, fun, safe working environment and are looking for individuals to join our **Snow Removal - Hand/Sidewalk Crew**. This is a full-time on-call 24/7 (including weekends and holidays) position with the potential for career growth for a hard-working individual with a great attitude.

What you would be doing
- Safe and efficient operation of all snow removal equipment which may include sidewalk tractors; snow blowers; hand shovels.
- Spreading salt as required.
- Maintain and clean equipment on a regular basis.
- Available 24/7 and respond to calls within 30 minutes (this includes days/evenings/weekends and holidays).
- Complete specific routes working within a team.
- Keep accurate records/logs including, but not limited to fuel logs, vehicle inspections/safety reports and hours of service.
- Submit paperwork and documentation (electronically and/or manually) promptly at the end of each shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team
- You MUST be legally able to drive in Ontario. (Valid G drivers’ license with a clean abstract)
- One or more years experience in a similar position is an asset.
- You have a high level of customer service. (You know people are counting on you)
- You answer when called and are ready to work - even at 3am.
- You get the job done, on time, the right way, the first time.
- You get along with people and communicate well.
- You like working outside in cold temperatures.
- You have exceptional time management skills.
- You are a problem solver.
- You can use a smartphone/tablet.

Compensation negotiable based on experienced.

This position is outdoors with hours that vary depending on the weather.

**Experience**:

- snow maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
