We are a fast-growing company looking for a competent **temporary**, **full-time** warehouse logistics coordinator for 1 year (leave coverage) with organizational and time management skills mostly in an office environment (but sometimes coordinating pickups with drivers/shippers in the warehouse).

**_Job duties_**

Our organization is seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to perform a wide range of duties in order to successfully get the job done, which includes the following outbound shipping duties:

- Analyzing and prioritizing shipping orders
- Determine the best method of shipping
- Assigning orders to the order pickers
- Printing packing slips
- Prepare freight quotes
- Schedule transportation conveyances
- Arranging freight pickups
- Preparing bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
- Scheduling delivery appointments
- Tracking shipments
- Work effectively with other departments (Customer Service, Sales)
- Handle RMA's (returns)
- Handle freight claims
- Coordinate shipments with our delivery truck
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

**_Qualifications_**
- Experience in shipping (minimum 1 year in similar role)
- Strong English speaking skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player - works well with others
- Fast learner
- Good organizational skills
- Productive and efficient
- Attention to detail

**Please note: we are not on a bus route**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
