Shelter Bay is a large project located in West Kelowna that consists of 108 townhouses, 227 condominiums, amenity building, beach house and beach front amenities. **Key responsibilities & Role**

As our Carpenter, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Review and inspect all aspects of framing
- Complete a framing punch out inspection
- Complete the framing deficiencies
- Install exterior doors and windows
- Form patios, driveways and garages
- Aid the team with slab on grade preparation
- Organize framing materials
- Run the zoom boom as needed
- Inspect and install all handrails and guard rails

**Experience and abilities**
- You are a carpenter that is looking to expand your knowledge base
- You have strong leadership characteristics
- A good understanding of framing
- Attention to detail
- Must have a drivers license
- Hard Work ethic
- Zoom boom experience and ticket are a bonus

**Offering**
- Depending on experience we are looking to pay $35 - $40 per hour.
- A benefits package will be offered after the 3-month trial period
- Any courses that are taken that will help benefit your advancement will be covered by the company.

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
