**Job Summary**
- **What We Expect from You: Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Take charge of building projects by ensuring the plan is defined and adhered to
- Ensure that all budgeted financial objectives are met
- Direct, manage, and support a team of construction workers to carry out general on-site duties
- Maintain open communication with other departments, and resolve any customer or contractor issues related to construction
- Implement and enforce standard machinery maintenance schedules
- **What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Skills & Experience**_
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing construction teams
- A record of working well in collaboration with others; as well as overseeing adherence to, and enforcement of, safety rules and instructions
- A successful history of finishing projects on time and within budget
- Basic knowledge of Engineering/Construction principles and methods
