Nous cherchons actuellement à accueillir un stagiaire au sein de l'équipe de gestion des talents de Semex. L'étudiant aura l'occasion de travailler dans plusieurs domaines du service de gestion des talents afin d'approfondir ses connaissances pratiques et ses compétences en matière de gestion des talents.

Ce que vous ferez:

- Créer des offres d'emploi internes et externes sur ADP, ainsi que sur des sites de recrutement externes (Indeed, Workopolis, Universities & Colleges).
- Aider à l'évaluation des cours de formation et à l'enregistrement des présences.
- Créer du contenu pour le système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) et contribuer à la création d'un tableau de bord de l'apprentissage et des mesures associées.
- Superviser le suivi des données relatives à l'apprentissage et aux personnes et créer des rapports sur les indicateurs clés.
- Soutenir les efforts en matière d'engagement des employés, d'équité, de diversité et d'inclusion (EDI), de gestion des performances et de fidélisation.
- Gérer les données relatives aux salariés dans les systèmes de ressources humaines.

Ce qu'il faut pour réussir:

- Préparation d'une accréditation ou d'un diplôme équivalent dans un domaine lié aux ressources humaines.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques et grand souci du détail avec une supervision limitée
- Connaissance pratique avancée des produits Microsoft (Excel/Word)
- Une solide éthique de travail et un sens de l'engagement. Personnalité et fiabilité
- Une connaissance pratique des systèmes d'information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH) et des systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) est un atout.

Informations complémentaires:

- Les étudiants doivent disposer d'un moyen de transport fiable (notre site n'est pas situé sur une ligne de transport en commun).
- Possibilité d'un horaire de travail hybride à distance (minimum de 3 jours au bureau)
