**Job description**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter will be responsible for providing full recruitment support in a high-volume environment for a range of trades positions within the industrial construction and maintenance industry.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide recruitment support in all aspects of attraction, screening, selection, and recruitment of skilled trade workers through an organized recruitment process.
- Interact with supervisors and managers on a regular basis to identify, document and fulfill their recruitment needs in a timely manner.
- Plan and design sourcing strategies for trade recruitment.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system.
- Enter and verify new employees information in the ERP system.
- Coordinate in office onboarding and book D&A testing as required.
- Other HR duties and projects as assigned.

**Education & Experience**

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy recruitment environment in Construction, Manufacturing or Maintenance industries.

Post-secondary education with a focus in human resources is an asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leduc, AB T9E 8M4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
