About International Gateway Language Academy and College - Kelowna:
Established in 2002, International Gateway Kelowna is one of the oldest and most trusted English as a second language schools in Kelowna, Canada.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professional, qualified and talented ESL teachers with experience delivering in person classes, who are passionate about teaching and adopt a student-centered approach to working with international learners. We are looking for teachers for our day classes between 8.45am to 2.50pm, but also have opportunities for evening classes from 4pm-7pm.

What you will be doing:

- Teaching students in ESL classes, including General English, EAP, Business English, IELTS Preparation, Juniors
- Working with experienced professionals in the education industry who come from around the globe
- Planning and implementing lessons according to the course syllabus
- Assessing students’ language abilities

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- A completed Bachelor’s degree
- A completed TESL/TESOL certificate recognized by TESL Canada
- Previous teaching experience either in Canada or overseas
- Previous online experience using Microsoft platform is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-28 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
