Job requirements:

- 17yrs old+
- Valid National Lifeguarding Certification
- Prior experience working with kids
- Prior experience in the aquatic industry
- Speak French & English

Job Assets:

- Have a car and driver’s license
- Fluent written French & English
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated

Job responsibilities:

- Prepare lesson plans
- Lead private, semi-private and parent-tot swim lessons
- Ability to interact and communicate with your own clients

Job description:
As a swim instructor at À L’Eau Swim, you will have the chance to teach one-on-one, ensuring that all your attention can be dedicated to a single student. You will teach all age groups:

- Toddlers (6 to 24 months old)
- Children
- Adults

You will teach in the comfort of their heated, private condo pool We will ensure that your lessons are booked in a single neighborhood when possible, to reduce travel time between classes.

While you are responsible for creating the lesson plans, we will provide games and ideas to support you. You will also be assigned your own experienced swim supervisor who can help you brainstorm when you face specific swim or teaching challenges with a student.

We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced swim instructor to join our team and help swimmers reach their potential in a safe and fun environment As their instructor, you will be responsible for evaluating the swimmer’s level, creating lesson plans and leading the swim lessons in a way that is catered to their individual needs and strengths.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
