Handyman/jack of All Trades

**About us**:
AVC is a home renovations company serving the Columbia Valley. We are a fast growing company with many types of different projects on the go and are looking for someone to grow with us.

Ideally we are looking for a skilled journeyman carpenter who has years of experience on the job and is able to work alone and manage crews (This is not a must have requirement and others with onsite experience will be considered.)

**Responsibilities**:
Lift and carry building materials
Use hand tools, power tools, understand blue prints and can be trusted to work on their own
Construct projects to meet proper building standards.
Haul and place building materials into trucks and onto job sites.
Clean up debris from job sites.
Organize tools and materials.
Follow directions from job supervisors.
Have good communication skills and able to take feedback
Has own tools
Has own vehicle
Punctual and reliable

Framing
Drywall
Demolition
Tile setting
Flooring
Painting
Roofing
Deck building
Siding
Finishing work
Landscaping
Masonry
Quoting

**Perks**:
Shifts are 4-10's with 3 day weekends

We regularly take the crew for lunches, drinks, golf, boating etc,
We're a very easy going crew who are here to teach and help not bark orders and have temper tantrums.

**Salary**: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
