**XXI CHOPHOUSE - Busser Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to customers
- Cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Refilling condiments and supplies as needed
- Assisting in food preparation and plating when necessary
- Assisting with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen area

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment as needed
