Home Stager

Meme Brooks Design, a small and dynamic interior design/build/home staging company, is in search of an ambitious, hard working and stylish Home Stager to join our team.

Moving, selling a property or renovating and outfitting a home with new furniture & decor can be an overwhelming and stressful process - we are here to make the process easy, stress free and fun. Key tasks for this position include:
Home Staging:

- Home consultations & In-home quotes, preparing proposals
- Oversee and execute established staging processes (prep, coordination, logistics, administration etc)
- Design and style condos and houses
- Light cleaning, lifting, driving and organizing inventory
- Hanging artwork and other minor handy skills (we can teach you)
- Passion for growing our staging business by ideating and executing marketing activities

Requirements for this position:
Must haves:

- Degree/Diploma or Certificate in Interior Decorating or Home Staging from an accredited institution
- Driver's License (and comfortable driving around the city)
- Punctual, driven by results & great work ethic
- Impeccably presented and professional with style
- Excellent client relation and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hardworking, proactive and a motivated self-starter
- Willing to learn and able to follow orders with versatility
- Extremely organized and obsessively detailed
- Ability to work independently and in a team with mínimal supervision
- Efficient and effective, able to work calmly under pressure
- Comfortable using light tools and somewhat handy (or willing to learn)
- Upbeat, positive and friendly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
