The Dismantler plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality part as described. The Dismantler is responsible for properly removing all high-quality auto parts and usable core parts in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who must work in a fast-paced environment, is hardworking, and who can successfully meet production quotas. You must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, have hands-on automotive repair experience with a knowledge of automobiles. **What does a day look like for a Dismantler?**
- Remove requested parts to fulfill orders on vehicles within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner,
- Label and tag each part to be placed in stock,
- Check the quality and product type of the inventoried parts,
- Participate in daily team goals, and
- Other duties as assigned.

**What profile are we looking for?**
- Knowledge of automotive parts,
- Diploma in mechanics or bodywork (Strong Asset),
- Hands-on job experience,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions, and
- **Must own and maintain all the tools necessary.**

**Education & Experience**:Background in either body repair, mechanical, or previous dismantling experience.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:Complete set of tools as needed to carry out duties. Must possess the ability to follow instructions and to accept constructive feedback. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, co-workers, and the public. Must be a self-motivated, hard-working, and dependable person. Must be a safety conscious person. Must possess the ability to be adaptable and willing to perform duties beyond normal duties.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
