Warehouse Associate

**Position Overview**:As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the operational success of Morden National. Your responsibilities will include the efficient fulfillment of orders, inventory management, and the operation of forklifts for which certification or training will be provided. We are looking for a motivated individual committed to maintaining the highest standards of warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment for handling and storing merchandise.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods and verification of shipment contents.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, complying with safety standards and procedures.
- Engage in warehouse improvement initiatives and provide feedback to optimize operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current forklift certification or willingness to complete forklift training provided by the company.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency with inventory software and data entry.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
