Reporting to the Logistics & Distribution Manager, the Claims, QA & Inventory Control Supervisor supervises the claims, QA & inventory control for the Parts Distribution Centre, manages staff and makes recommendations on improvements to work flow.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for cycle count management
- Supervise & provide leadership to the cycle counting team
- Responsible for employee error report and provide corrective actions
- Conduct variance reviews and implement corrective actions as required
- Using WOS manage inventory locations
- Ensure inventory is managed through a controlled environment
- Supervise claims & QA department ensuring processes are in place and KPI's are achieved
- Report on current claim status
- Initiate QA investigations to identify causes and implement corrective actions and provide feedback to MHQ / vendors
- Initiate Overage, Shortages and Damages investigations to identify causes and implement corrective actions and preventative measures
- Oversee special projects related to Parts Distribution Centre
- Prepare and analyze department reports as required
- Manage offsite storage and replenishment
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years experience in distribution, logistics or supply chain management at a supervisory level
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset
- Degree/diploma in logistics/supply chain
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions
- Ability to coach and manage others
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Team oriented and customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Solid organization and time management skills
