We are seeking a skilled and reliable Renovation Handyman / woman to join our team. If you have experience with power tools, carpentry, electrical work, and other maintenance person skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general renovation tasks such as framing, painting, drywall install, finish plumbing.
- Install cabinets, shelving units, and other storage solutions
- Handle basic electrical work such as replacing light fixtures or outlets
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of equipment or materials
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a renovator, handyman or similar role.
- Proficient in using power tools and other necessary equipment
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good customer facing communication and interpersonal skills

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
