**Purpose**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Student Engagement, the Peer Mentor Captain is responsible for coordinating and facilitating workshops. This position will support student orientation activities for first-year Computer Science or Computer Security students to make a smooth transition into university life at the Lassonde School of Engineering.

**Education**:
Education: Current full-time undergraduate Bachelor of Engineering Student. GPA requirement, in good academic standing or meeting honors progression.

**Experience**:
Experience: No prior experience required.

**Skills**:
Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and data maintenance skills

**Additional Notes**:
Other:Knowledge and awareness of EDI principles. Ability to incorporate EDI within work activities.
