As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Specialist skilled in both inside retail sales and outside sales to join our dynamic team.

**What You Will Do**:

- **Sales Execution & Strategy**: Drive sales through a combination of inside and outside strategies. This includes making regular calls to existing and potential new accounts to maintain and maximize project furniture sales, as well as spending a significant part of the day outside the office to establish new business relationships and maintain existing ones.
- **Business Development & Networking**: Actively engage in business development activities, including cold-calling and networking, to identify and create new furniture opportunities. Work closely with Designers, Commercial Realtors, Property Developers, and networked leads for large-scale projects to ensure successful closure of sales.
- **Tender Responses & Order Management**: Participate in tender-response opportunities, ensuring thorough and competitive submissions. Manage the entire order process, from ensuring order accuracy and expected delivery times to coordinating necessary follow-ups.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management**: Follow up on deliveries to ensure each project exceeds expectations and address any issues promptly. Resolve all customer issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Growth Strategies & Manufacturer Relations**: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies and action plans aimed at growth and profitability. Develop and maintain working relationships with furniture manufacturers to ensure a broad and appealing product offering.
- **Market Insights & Reporting**:Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to gather market insights and report on sales activities and trends. This involves a combination of in-office tasks and fieldwork, requiring effective time management and delegation skills.

**What You Bring**:

- A blend of experience in inside retail sales and outside sales, preferably in the business-to-business environment in the mid to large market segment.
- Familiarity with the contract and systems furniture business is a significant asset.
- At least 2 years of business development and sales experience.
- Completion of a recognized sales leadership training program (e.g., Professional Selling Skills) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for effective time management and delegation.
- Familiarity with the RFP tender process and a keen business sense.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (for outside sales activities).

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
