Reverie Bridal Outlet is Halifax's newest and only off-the-rack bridal boutique. When shopping with us, brides can save up to 70% off our new, never-worn designer wedding gowns. Best of all, they can take their dream dress home the same day they say yes Our priority is to be size-inclusive and price-inclusive. Regardless of budget or timeline, we believe every bride deserves the dress of her daydreams.

Our first location in Ottawa opened in 2014 as an exclusively off-the-rack bridal boutique, and we have since expanded to Halifax in 2023. Our one-on-one appointments provide brides with an intimate shopping experience with a Bridal Consultant who can guide them through our wide selection of gowns.

**What’s The Role**

**Skills & Requirements of the Role**
- High school diploma
- Additional certifications and other professional development experience is an asset
- Experience or knowledge in content creation/social media
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Phone and computer skills
- Fluent in the English language
- The physical ability to carry and move gowns (25lbs+)
- Dependable and punctual
- Motivation skills and a positive attitude
- Able to handle fast-paced situations calmly
- Outgoing and a self-starter

**What’s In It For You: Compensation, Benefits & Schedule**
- Bridal sales consultants are paid a base hourly rate along with commission on personal sales, plus tips. As an example, the gross hourly wage for top performers may be over $30/hr. Health benefits are offered along with other employment perks.
- The schedule for this position includes Tuesday (9:30am-5pm), Wednesday (9:30-5pm), Thursday (11:30am-8pm), Friday (9:30am-5pm), Saturday (9:30am-5pm).
- The schedule for this position will change/be modified to include Sundays (9:30am-4pm) once the employee has successfully completed their training period.

**To Apply**

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
