As we continue to scale up and drive forward, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated ERP Implementation and Support Lead to join our progressive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore the coastal communities of Atlantic Canada while making a significant impact in the seafood industry. The position is hybrid based between our office location at COVE in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with the flexibility to work from home.

Your work will take you across Atlantic Canada and beyond, exploring the beautiful coastline and getting to know new and dynamic customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the deployment of ERP software solutions and accommodating hardware, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization by clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing all project phases from planning to execution, training, roll-out, and ongoing support.
- Provide first-line technical support for ERP client inquiries, offering advice and resolving issues efficiently.
- Oversee project management tasks, hardware procurement, including managing project finances, reporting status, and ensuring tasks meet seasonal deadlines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Create user documentation, training materials, and SOPs to facilitate client understanding and use of software and hardware systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in negotiating contracts and deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Proficient in working with individuals of all ages and abilities.
- Experience implementing similar technologies or enterprise software systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for client relations.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel (mostly within Nova Scotia) as needed to meet with clients and support projects.
- High efficiency in time management, self-organization, and self-direction with the capacity to lead projects and tasks without constant oversight.
- Strong skills in analyzing existing operations and implementing software-based process improvements.
- Exceptional ability to self-navigate, learn new platforms quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Post secondary education in a related field or 5+ years employment experience in a similar position.
- Valid Canadian passport and driver's license.

**Compensation**:

- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Salary range: $54,950 to $74,450 annually.
- Bonus structure to accommodate salary.
- An excellent health benefit package.
- Company stock options; based on performance post 3 month probation period.
