**Taper Job Description**

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Smooth out seams and fill in gaps using joint compound.
- Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish before painting.
- Perform caulking tasks as needed for sealing gaps and providing a finished look.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in drywall taping and finishing techniques.
- Experience in construction painting is preferred.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to build and repair as necessary.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
