Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are low
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any maintenance or repair needs
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for custodial tasks
- Adhere to time management guidelines to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as directed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Capable of performing physical labor as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Customer service skills to interact with building occupants in a professional manner
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Speak English
- If you have Drivers License is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
