PickNic’s Catering is a fun, exciting place to work, you will be exposed to a variety of events, locations, situations and people. We are a close knit team, with expectations of working hard together, to ensure our clients have a great event experience.

This is a casual position, with the majority of shifts on Saturdays, in the summer. If you have other commitments most Saturday evenings, or enjoy weekends at the lake, or have been invited to multiple family weddings this summer, this is not the job for you. We do have shifts on other days of the week, but Saturdays are the majority.

Wage is $19/Hour for Experienced Servers.

Wage is $17/Hour for inexperienced applicants - we will train.

**Uniform**

**You are required to come to work in the following**:

- Black full length dress pants, not yoga, not capri, no skirts, no jeans.
- Black collared shirt, Elbow length, ¾ length or full length sleeve is acceptable.
- Black flat, closed-toe shoes, no sandals, no heels
- Black Tie & Black Aprons will be provided for your shift
- Hair fully tied back

**Shift Scheduling**

**The Job**

We cater to various types of functions, from Weddings to Corporate Wine & Cheese events to Military Plated meals and much more. Working under the Event Supervisor, you are required to assist in loading out Food, Beverages, Rental Dishes, Serving equipment etc. from our Main kitchen, and heading to various locations in the city & surrounding area, setting up, serving, clearing, event tear down and returning for unload to the Main kitchen.

Excellent English and a Valid Driver’s License are imperative for the position.

To be considered Experienced, you must have a minimum 1 Year experience in Food service, primarily in Banquet Catering. Serving and Bartending will be considered as experience, depending on the situation.Ask for Krista.
