Assist the project and service manager(s) in the development and administration of technical cooperation programmes and provides secretarial and administrative support. The duties normally include, but are not limited to:

- Communicate internally team members to coordinate activities and disseminate information to staff
- Working between office and construction site team
- Keeping detailed records of work
- Keeping track of pending matters
- Following-up on deadlines
- Receive, Organize and Distribute Job Site Generated Forms and Requests
- Manage project documents that are received, copied, or scanned while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Merging, correcting, formatting, and preparing reports on progress made on construction projects
- Support inspection of construction sites regularly to ensure that the work is being performed according to the plans and within safety guidelines
- Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Recording costs related to labor, equipment, materials, and other expenses for each phase of construction
- Obtain, Organize & Maintain Construction Documents
- Reading and Organizing construction drawings and plans according to building codes
- Performing site measurements to ensure that construction conforms to technical plans
- Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Project Procurement Support
- Support accurate Placement of Material and Service Orders
- Preparation of requisitions
- Purchase orders
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Arrangements for meetings
- Budget monitoring
- Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
- Transcribe, record, and file documents
- Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories
- Maintain familiarity with WHMIS and WSIB and Responsibilities and Duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
