**As a Technical Writer**
- You will play a crucial role in translating complex technical information into clear and compelling content ;
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to create content that effectively explains our products and resonates with your target audience ;
- You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all written materials, paying attention to technical details ;
- You will stay abreast of industry trends and product updates to incorporate relevant information into content.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a technical writer, SaaS experience is a plus ;
- You have excellent communication skills. You can explain technical topics to both a technical and a non-technical audience ;
- You are comfortable in both French and English (spoken and written) ;
- You can prioritize, plan, and balance documentation updates and new content creation backlog ;
- Your colleagues would describe you as autonomous, entrepreneurial, and proactive ;

**En tant que Rédacteur Technique, relevant du CPO**:

- Tu joueras un rôle crucial dans la vulgarisation d'informations techniques complexes vers du contenu clair et convaincant ;
- Tu collaboreras avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, notamment des Product Owner, des développeurs et des professionnels du marketing, pour créer du contenu qui explique efficacement nos produits et résonne avec ton public cible ;
- Tu t’assureras de l'exactitude, de la cohérence et de la qualité de tous les documents écrits, en accordant une attention particulière aux détails techniques ;
- Tu resteras au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des mises à jour produits pour incorporer les informations pertinentes au contenu.

**Postule si**:

- Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que rédacteur technique, une expérience SaaS est un plus ;
- Tu as d'excellentes compétences en communication. Tu peux expliquer des sujets techniques autant à un public technique et que non technique ;
- Tu es à l'aise en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit) ;
- Tu sais prioriser, planifier et équilibrer les mises à jour de la documentation et la création de nouveaux contenus ;
- Tes collègues te décriraient comme étant autonome, entrepreneurial et proactif ;
- Tu aimes partager des connaissances avec une audience.
