The Opportunity

The Mail Operations will primarily be responsible to ensure that customers receive inbound mail and packages in a timely manner and that outgoing mail is accurately processed. The Mail Operations role is also responsible for financial record keeping, accurate processing and superior client service.

Full-Time Permanent career working out of our Qu’Appelle branch location.

What you will bring to the role
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential to the job.

Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of the client and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions quickly.

Demonstrated organizational skills are required.

Demonstrated time management skills are required.

Ability to learn on the job and work with mínimal direct supervision.

The ability to lift at least 50 pounds of freight safely and to gain assistance from others to manage safety and wellbeing.
