Prepress Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various mechanical tasks and providing technical support. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and experience in machining, fabrication, and warehouse operations.

**DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
There is little or NO creative design work needed for this job. Most of the work involves:

- checking for errors in file in size
- checking color reference, match file color to output
- prepare digital proofs for customer approval
- monitor prints, measure and cut fabric
- maintain inventory of substrates, consumables every week
- assist with production as needed by the time anytime

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years experience in Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop)
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs at least
- Excellent sense of color management
- Strong grasp of mathematical calculations
- Excellent communication
- Excellent team work mentality

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in machining and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Ability to operate forklifts and other relevant equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
