**The Village of Riverside Glen **located in **Guelph**, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a **Part Time Food Service Aide** to join their Long Term Care team.

Shift is 7am-2pm, every other weekend is required

**As a new Food Services Team Member joining our Village, you will**:
Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents. You will assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents’ diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques.

Food Services Team Members at Schlegel Villages assist with the preparation of catering functions and events, and in maintaining and clean dining room and workspace.

**To be successful as our new Food Services Team Member, you will**:

- Obtained your Food Services Diploma
- A valid Food Handlers certification
- Be excited by our objectives, our Village philosophy and the family values that shape all aspects of life in a Schlegel Village
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Or equivalent based on experience and or international education and have the ability to acquire the above mentioned if requested to do so. Additional document may be requested during the initial screening process.

**It would be an asset if our new Food Services Team Member has**:

- Experience working in a Long-Term Care Facility
