**The Organization**

MedPro Respiratory Care has been providing CPAP therapy for 25 years helping thousands of individuals treat their obstructive sleep apnea, and improve their health and wellbeing, with a commitment to exceptional service and clinical intervention.

**The role**
- Assist with the introduction of CPAP therapy to individuals for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and
- Monitor therapy, provide ongoing support and encouragement to ensure ongoing therapy effectiveness and benefit, and
- Ensure all client interactions are recorded in the client electronic record

This is a healthcare customer service role, first and foremost, ensuring customers have the proper equipment and supplies to ensure their sleep apnea treatment needs are met on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- Previous CPAP or healthcare experience would be an asset (Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Sleep Technician etc)
- Proven customer service/sales skills and a desire to improve peoples sleep, health and wellbeing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

**Salary**: $21.50-$25.64 per hour
