Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves working 5 days per week on salary. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for our staff and customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system inspections, filter changes, and light plumbing repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues such as leaks, faulty electrical wiring, or malfunctioning equipment.
- Complete repair work and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Maintenance Technology or a related field is a plus.
- Availability to work 5 days per week with ability to work additional hours as needed.
