Local Truck Driver

AVT is looking for a responsible and reliable individual to make deliveries and pickups in our company truck around the GTA. When trips are not scheduled you will be required to perform various General Labor duties around the manufacturing plant such as assembly and packaging.

**Responsibilities**:
Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods locally
Load and unload freight using forklift or other equipment as needed
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the vehicle
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Communicate with supervisor to coordinate routes and schedules

**Requirements**:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Commercial driving experience

Polite disposition to represent the company well to the public

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Hard working and reliable

Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- **A Drivers Abstract and a copy of your Drivers License will be required.**

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
