Main Shop - Lube Rack Technician
up to $14-19/hour depending on experience

Moose Jaw Ford is currently looking for a Full-Time Lube Rack Technician to join our busy team. As we continue to grow our business, we need additional Experienced Technicians that work well in a team environment, demonstrate a strong work-ethic and are looking to grow and develop. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Review and evaluate service write up to determine if additional information is necessary and what type of diagnosis is needed.
- Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.
- Suggest additional work that is needed to the Service Advisor so customers can be notified.
- Assist Service Advisors, if necessary, to explain completed repairs to a customer.
- Assist other technicians when needed.
- Complete repair orders within specified time frame and alerts appropriate personnel if delayed.
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure parts are available to complete repairs and takes necessary steps to minimize time spent waiting for parts
- Follow all hazardous waste and safety regulations and company policies
- Utilize technical assistance tools such as OASIS, Tech Hotline, etc.
- Stay up to date on the latest technical services through training, bulletins, campaigns etc.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Enjoys working in fast-paced very busy environment
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Professional communication & organizational skills
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
