Responsabilités
- Exécuter des travaux de base sur les voitures et, après la formation, effectuer des travaux liés à la haute tension, avec ou sans supervision
- Accroitre l’efficacité des réparations par votre expertise et votre collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe
- Fournir l’information pertinente aux équipes de conception et d'ingénierie de Tesla pour permettre l'amélioration continue des procédures de réparation et des produits
- Travailler avec une attitude collaborative et un esprit d'équipe dans un environnement dynamique en constante évolution
- Être responsable de votre développement et expertise technique en créant et en maintenant un plan de développement individuel, avec le soutien des autres membres de l'équipe et de la direction
- Utiliser une variété d'outils manuels, électriques et d'atelier haut de gamme.
- Détailler et documenter les réparations de manière cohérente et concise
- Inspecter et entretenir l'équipement de l'atelier et demander son remplacement au besoin
- Collaborer avec les autres équipes pour assurer la livraison d'un produit exceptionnel en nettoyant et en détaillant les véhicules, selon les besoins.
- Participer à l'intégration et à la formation des nouveaux techniciens afin d'améliorer les compétences de l'équipe.

Exigences
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou diplôme/certificat d'associé, ou expérience professionnelle dans un domaine technologique connexe (aéronautique, moteurs, électricité, navires, etc.)
- Licence de technicien automobile, ou désir de devenir apprenti technicien par le biais d'une formation provinciale
- Capacité démontrée à apprendre de nouvelles technologies, de nouveaux processus et à s'adapter au changement
- Capacité à innover, à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à présenter de nouvelles idées
- Capacité à suivre des instructions orales et écrites avec une attention aux détails
- Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités, à organiser la charge de travail et à respecter les délais
- Certification de la section 609 sur la manipulation des réfrigérants, de préférence
- Expérience de travail en équipe et réalisation d'objectifs communs
- Preuve d'une attitude "la sécurité d'abord"
- Capacité à communiquer en français ou en anglais (bilinguisme préféré)
- Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada et avoir un dossier de conduite acceptable
