Nous recherchons un opérateur de slitter qualifié et expérimenté pour joindre notre équipe. En tant qu'opérateur de slitter, vous serez responsable de l'exploitation et de l'entretien des machines pour découper les matériaux selon des dimensions spécifiées. Il s'agit d'un rôle crucial dans notre processus de fabrication, garantissant que les matériaux sont coupés avec précision et préparés pour un traitement ultérieur.

Responsabilités:

- Installer et faire fonctionner les machines à slitter selon les spécifications
- Charger les matériaux sur la machine et ajuster les paramètres pour un alignement correct
- Surveiller le fonctionnement de la machine pour garantir une découpe fluide et efficace
- Inspecter les matériaux pour en vérifier la qualité et la précision, en apportant des ajustements si nécessaire
- Effectuer l'entretien régulier de la machine pour garantir des performances optimales
- Résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent pendant l'exploitation
- Suivre les protocoles de sécurité et maintenir un environnement de travail propre
- Maintenir un poste de travail propre et respecter toutes les processus de fabrication en place

Compétences:

- Capacité à découper les matériaux avec précision et efficacité
- Connaissances mécaniques pour faire fonctionner et entretenir les machines à refendre
- Compétences en assemblage pour configurer la machine en vue de son fonctionnement
- Familiarité avec les fraiseuses et les processus d'usinage
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'outils à main tels que les pieds à coulisse pour des mesures précises

Qualifications:

- Expérience préalable dans l'exploitation de machines à slitter ou d'équipements similaires requise
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à travailler avec précision
- Capacité à lire et à écrire
- Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à diagnostiquer les problèmes de la machine
- Ponctualité

L'horaire pour le poste désiré est du lundi au jeudi de 4h00 à 14h00.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slitter Operator to join our team. As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining slitting machines to cut materials into specified dimensions. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that materials are accurately cut and prepared for further processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate slitting machines according to specifications
- Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings for proper alignment
- Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth and efficient cutting
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Maintain a clean working station and adhere to all the manufacturing processes in place

**Skills**:

- Ability to cut materials accurately and efficiently
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain slitting machines
- Assembly skills to set up the machine for operation
- Familiarity with milling machines and machining processes
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as calipers for precise measurements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating slitting machines or similar equipment required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to read and write
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Punctual
- Positive character
- Willing to learn and advance
- Respectful

The schedule for the desired position is Monday to Thursday from 4:00AM to 2:00PM.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
