The Hampton Inn is seeking bright, reliable, industrious people to work as a hospitality host in our breakfast service area. Rate of pay will increase following a 60-shift probationary period (according to collective bargaining agreement).

Responsibilities in the Breakfast Attendant position include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring set up of breakfast and/or evening refreshments in accordance with property and brand standards
- Welcoming guests to the hotel and explaining facilities available
- Replenishing food and beverage maintaining a pleasing display
- Interaction with guests to make their stay more enjoyable and assist in identifying service recovery opportunities
- Providing information on the local area ("Local Flavour")
- Carrying out cleaning duties as per cleaning schedule communicating with housekeeping and maintenance as required in order to maintain the upkeep of the breakfast and/or lobby area
- **This position involves early morning start times**_, so having your own transportation is a necessity owing to local public transportation schedules.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-24 per week

**Salary**: $15.81 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
