Scope

To create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service in our Primrose Restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Have complete knowledge of the Primrose Restaurant food and beverage menus
- Provide table service from start to finish including taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders, and taking payment
- Enter food and beverage items into Micros POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and a harmonious work environment
- Follow Health and Safety program and procedures
- Other related duties as assigned

Physical Demands
- Constant standing and walking
- Frequent reaching above and below shoulder height
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 11 pounds / 5 kg
- Occasional lifting up to 22 pounds / 10 kg
- Occasional exposure to hot, damp, environments

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Alberta ProServe Certification
- 1 year of experience serving in an a la carte restaurant
- Basic knowledge of wines and spirits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to competently prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cash handling skills
