Construction Superintendent

**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote Construction Superintendant role. The Construction Superintendant will be responsible for monitoring construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety regulations. The Construction Superintendant will also collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure timely completion of projects.

**Qualifications**
- Construction trade certificate with journeyman status or similar credential.
- 10+ years construction experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years of experience in a superintendent role.
- Excellent knowledge of construction technologies, methods and processes, including building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management software, scheduling software and other construction technology tools.
- Must be willing to travel to construction sites as needed.

Note: We are looking for someone who has experience with commercial construction. Experience with residential construction is not applicable to this role.
