we are currently seeking an Immigration Case Worker/ Customer Service with at least 2 year of experience in Canadian immigration law and experience managing clients.

you would be responsible for the following:

- Understand Canadian immigration categories and requirements for each category;
- Collect information and documentation from the applicant or client, and ensure that communications are responded to within 24-48 business hours;
- doing the prescreening of the potential clients against the eligibility criteria for each category and based on the services we offer
- Make the appropriate revisions to drafts as instructed and obtaining approval from the applicant or client upon finalization;
- Facilitate phone or in-person preparatory or “mock” interviews with the applicant in order to prepare them for immigration interviews;
- Update and maintaining internal Client Management Software systems and databases on a daily bases to ensure that all communication records are available and organized; and
- Schedule meetings, appointments
- Manage calendar
- Coordinate requests for documents from clients and client stakeholders and communicating with clients from the start to finish of all immigration and real estate processes
- Prioritize workload and complete tasks under time constraints
- Conducting research when necessary and ensuring forms and other documents needed for submissions are current
- Set up and maintain computerized information filing systems
- Any other duty assigned by the management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 year of legal administrative experience in an immigration firm
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of government portals and online submissions
- Ability to work on cases independently or with limited supervision;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain healthy client relations as well as employee relations;
- Demonstrated expertise and efficiency with time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
