**Company Description**:
The IT Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day IT support, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to users who encounter issues with their hardware or software systems. S/he will focus to continuously work towards an improved end-user satisfaction, leveraging Red Bull’s IT service management processes as well as Red Bull’s overall IT guidelines. S/he will maintain an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-users’ devices and subsidiary/branch office IT equipment. Finally, s/he will support local IT and/or business projects.

**IT SUPPORT**

Ensure professional end-user IT onboarding; leveraging and contributing to global standards.

Provide day-to-day IT support (if valid: maximizes remote service desk use & output), pushes for fast resolutions as well as meeting/event support if requested.

Leverage Incident, Service Request, Problem, Outage and Change Management processes for the stack of Red Bull (global, regional and local) IT services.

Organize and provide IT security and service training to end users.

Administrate local end-user account access and permission in relevant tools (e.g. for Workplace, Network or IAM services).

Support local Infrastructure components in cooperation with second level support partners.

**END USER DEVICES & IT INFRASTRUCTURE**

Ensure an up-to-date and accurate IT asset inventory within Red Bull standards/tools.

Coordinate end-user device roll out as well as device replacement cycles for client computing hardware including peripherals (e.g. screens, printers) and mobile devices.

Manage local network infrastructure including events by considering global standards.

Manage local office infrastructure across the lifecycle (e.g. printers, meeting room equipment including EVOKO and video conferencing devices, office access control, CCTV, local phones).

Ensure an equipment purchase process in-line with standards (e.g. vendors, part number).

Coordinate the RMA process for client computing and/or backend-hardware components.

**LOCAL IT PROJECT COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATION**

Ensure local project tasks deploying global IT services reach highest end-user satisfaction.

Supports local IT and/or business projects, leading defined work-packages.

Align local business needs and demands pro-actively with the IT Area team.

Take over assignments, leveraging global and area specific project management methods.

Coordinate external vendors and partners (e.g., A/V setup, digital signage).
Document IT policies, procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years equivalent experience.

Solid know-how in Microsoft Windows and Office, Mac, AD, Exchange, Mobile Devices, AV equipment, Networking and Security Services.

Strong communicator; tactful when dealing with end-users.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-directed, with a strong ability to complete tasks autonomously.

Superior collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent software.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent work experience.

Fluent in English
